I am: A Manila boy. Half-Filipino, half-something else (my friends say I’m half-Canadian; investigation re. my genealogy is still ongoing). Writer (open close quotation marks). 20-ish and aimless. Shallow and self-centered. Lame and awesome like Ted Mosby’s hair. Can now say slightly awesome statements such as “I watched TV for a living” because I kinda did, but not really. Erstwhile “critic” and full-time cynic. Still writing to make sense of life.
